Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining a team whose mission is to use AI to improve the customer experience. They will be joining a team of 10 people to drive at this mission. They will be responsible for partnering with the Data Analysts on the team as well as other stakeholders to help build business requirement documents. These documents will be provided to the technical team so that they can be translated into the actions needed to implement updates to the tool. They will present to leadership as well as the vendor they partner with to create this Chatbot agent. This person should be able to leverage data analytics as well as perform UAT testing. This job will be performed 4 days a week on-site in Stamford and the pay is between 40-45/hr.
