Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for leveraging modern digital technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in solution delivery and work processes. The ideal candidate will excel in translating business requirements into process and IT requirements, and possess the ability to coordinate work requests with globally located IT teams and external partners. You will be a crucial part of global cross-functional project teams aimed at enhancing order management processes and systems.
Responsibilities
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in solution delivery and work processes using new modern digital technology.
+ Continuously learn and train users across the company on new digital platforms and tools.
+ Translate order to delivery business requirements into process and IT requirements.
+ Coordinate the delivery of work requests with various globally located IT teams and external partners, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
+ Participate in global cross-functional project teams to improve order management processes and systems leveraging new technology, supporting blueprinting, testing, UAT, Go Live, and Post Hypercare.
+ Support all machine order management systems and provide advanced daily system issue support.
+ Create and maintain system documentation and local business support processes.
+ Participate in the execution of SAP Product Testing and System Integration Testing.
+ Provide support for invoice-related queries to dealers and international customers.
+ Manage and coordinate inter-company invoicing adjustments and provide certificates of origin upon request.
+ Lead issue resolution with globally located IT support teams and external business partners.
+ Work with an international team and leverage Lean thinking & methodologies.
+ Participate in customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
+ Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoot problems as necessary.
+ Translate client's requirements to functional documentation, participate in technical designs and test plans with coaching and training.
+ Conduct change management activities, including training, documentation, and roles & responsibility definition.
Essential Skills
+ Strong experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
+ Proficiency in explaining key concepts, techniques, and steps involved in the business analysis process.
+ Understanding of the purpose of each business analysis technique and their specific needs.
+ Previous experience with dealer and/or orders support, Lean project participation and/or management.
+ Strong business acumen and excellent planning and organizational skills.
+ Experience with ordering systems, particularly Mach1 SAP user experience.
+ General understanding of order management processes and strong understanding of invoicing, including compliance requirements.
+ Advanced analytical skills and experience with lean principles and practices.
+ 1+ year of Project Management experience.
+ Experience with PowerBI project creation/maintenance.
+ Ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
