Our client, a leading organization in the photography and videography industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Analyst
**Location:** Smyrna, GA
**Pay Range:** $85,000 - $95,000
**Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm ONSITE
**What's the Job?**
+ Drive reporting, forecasting, and insights across inventory, operations, and purchasing functions.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards using Tableau for business stakeholders.
+ Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
+ Develop and refine forecasting models to anticipate demand and improve inventory management.
+ Design and manage data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accessibility using SQL.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or data-heavy role.
+ Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
+ Experience building dashboards, forecasting, and analyzing large datasets.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
