• Requirement Gathering for New Change Request.
• Creating FSD for the Change Request.
• Discussion on the FSD with Client and reverting on queries raised by client on FSD
• Following up for Sign-off on the FSD.
• Explaining the documented Change request to Developers and QA’s
• Helping QA Team to give DEMO to client after Change request in deployed in UAT
• Monitoring issues raised by Client in UAT and conveying the same to internal Team
• Answering queries raised by Client through mail or over mobile
• Connecting to Client in Daily Standup call for project discussion
• Imparting knowledge of already live functionality to both Client and Internal team
• Providing Demo of Factorin product to new customers.
