We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic CRM transformation project, focused on migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics 365. This role will play a key part in gathering requirements, engaging with users, creating functional documentation, and supporting change management initiatives.

The Business Analyst will serve as a critical liaison between business users, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the strategic and operational goals of both Sales and Customer Service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders

Document and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows using tools such as Miro and Jira

Own and manage the product backlog, including sprint planning inputs and story prioritization

Support data mapping and workflow validation for Salesforce-to-D365 migration

Facilitate UAT planning and execution by coordinating test case creation and user participation

Lead the Train-the-Trainer approach and support training delivery through role-based materials

Ensure alignment with change management efforts and support stakeholder communications

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM projects

Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Service business processes

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools like Miro or Visio

Experience in agile delivery environments with a focus on backlog management and sprint planning

Ability to document and validate functional requirements and support user story translation for developers

Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 CRM platforms

Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or D365 integration landscapes

Experience supporting train-the-trainer rollouts or global user training
