Business Analyst
Job Description:

The role involves delivering monthly updates on financial performance, comparing them to the annual plan and forecasts. The analyst will conduct variance analysis and aid in the creation of future projections for local management and headquarters contacts.

Responsibilities: Examine, verify, and communicate financial results on a monthly basis, providing actionable insights and analysis to inform business decisions.Offer comprehensive sales analysis by product line, customer, and key products.Conduct profitability analyses of business models and identify optimization levers.Assist in evaluating pricing, costs, and profitability, and propose improvements to sales leadership in setting annual and multi-year targets for revenue, market share, and profit margin analysis.Develop analytical models and tools to evaluate the impact of various strategic and product growth scenarios.Define measures to optimize the Earnings Before Tax (EBT) of the US company.Automate reporting using BI and CRM tools.Enhance efficiency and streamline processes in company projects.Essential Skills/Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related3-5+ years of related experience Proficiency in variance analysis and pricing analysis.Experience with SAP ERP systems.Strong skills in KPI tracking and sales forecasting.Ability to conduct trend analysis.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Work Environment

The position requires working in-office for the first six months, after which it transitions to a hybrid model with two days working remotely. The company offers great benefits and the opportunity to work in a growing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.88/hr.
