Join our team as a Business Analyst 4, where you will play a pivotal role in managing budgets and supporting our organization in the cloud domain. This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates who can work PST hours. Your main focus will be on budget management for engineering subscriptions, utilizing tools like PowerBI and Excel to streamline processes.
ResponsibilitiesSupport budget approvals for engineering subscription spend.Review and approve documentation of business processes.Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.Consult with finance and engineering on process improvements and help document best practices for common questions.
Essential SkillsMinimum 8 years experience with budget management in an enterprise tech company.Minimum 8 years experience with advanced Excel and familiarity with PowerBI.Minimum 6 years experience with process improvements for subscriptions and subscription spend.Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field preferred.Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Environment
Fully remote position with a preference for candidates who can work PST business hours. The role involves working independently with minimal meetings, focusing primarily on financial data analysis and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $84.00/hr.
