Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 4, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting cross-functional project coordination and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to synthesize complex information, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver standard reports and special topics for the Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings.
+ Align meeting content, topics, priorities, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
+ Prepare and publish pre-reads, meeting summaries, and action items to facilitate effective communication.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in business analysis or project coordination.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Office tools, with at least 5+ years of experience creating executive presentations.
+ Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration for at least 1+ years.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple deliverables.
+ Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
