**Title: Business Analyst 4** **Location: Onsite at Bear Creek A, Redmond, WA** **Duration: 9 Months (high possibility for an extension after the budget approval)** **Schedule: 40 hours/week, no OT expected** **Pay Rate Range: $** **50 to $55** **Candidate Requirements** + **Experience:** 8+ years overall, with strong data analysis and visualization expertise. + **Education:** No formal degree required. + **Best vs. Average Candidate:** + Strong stakeholder collaboration and influence skills. + Previous gaming industry experience or strong passion for gaming. + Proactive, self-driven, and capable of independent initiative. + **Performance Indicators:** Contributions to KPIs such as increased sales and active user engagement. **Top 3 Required Skills** 1. **Data Analysis & Dashboarding (Power BI preferred): 8+ years** 2. **Python & SQL (Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer a plus): 8+ years** 3. **Stakeholder Engagement: 5+ years** **Job Responsibilities** + Partner with stakeholders to design and enhance Power BI dashboards. + Build and automate data tables to ensure reliable dashboard inputs. + Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. + Provide insight-based recommendations to drive strategic decisions. + Manage projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to production delivery. **Required Qualifications** + 8+ years of dashboarding experience (Power BI strongly preferred). + 8+ years with Python and SQL. + Familiarity with Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer is a plus. + 5+ years of direct stakeholder engagement. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. + Knowledge of UX/UI principles. + Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with autonomy in tackling data challenges. + Interest or prior experience in gaming is highly desirable. **To apply:** Please attach your updated resume.
