Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, managing planning and analysis for Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. This role requires expertise in business analysis, data modeling, and financial analysis.

ResponsibilitiesSupport business analysis of Xbox Game Pass engagement through month-end actualization and roll-forward of files.Refresh and update monthly key reports, scorecards, and slides in collaboration with the team.Maintain advanced models monthly.Provide variance to forecast analysis across all relevant business metrics including SKU, platform, publisher, and title-level.Support ad-hoc analyses and deliverables as requested, providing data and insights across the broader team.Document business processes and deliverables.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field.5-7 years of experience in the field.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with FP&A, business analyst, or finance analyst roles.Experience in storytelling of insights.Experience working in a fast-paced virtual environment.Preferred experience with subscriptions and/or gaming.Familiarity with the gaming industry, business models, and titles.Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, accommodating multiple time zones. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
