We are seeking a growth-oriented, techno-functional professional for our Bangalore office with strong experience in Product Development and Product Management—ideally within Investment Analytics or reporting functions in the asset servicing industry. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product expertise, analytical thinking, and project management skills to support delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements.
This role sits within the Performance Analytics Product Development organization.
Your Responsibilities
As a Performance Product Business Analyst AVP, you will:
Develop deep subject‑matter expertise in the Performance & Analytics business domain and its supporting applications.
Oversee and develop a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners, ensuring high‑quality delivery of work and ongoing advancement of their technical and professional capabilities.
Develop product roadmaps, business cases, operating models, requirements, process flows, and wireframes.
Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and architectural considerations.
Partner with Service Delivery, Technology, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to design and roll out new product functionality.
Provide regular status updates and program management reporting.
Communicate effectively with Agile teams, business owners, and product leaders to align expectations, surface risks, and ensure roadmap delivery.
Support product testing through creation of test scripts, test data, and execution of user acceptance testing.
Work closely with SQA and Development teams on defect resolution and enhancements.
Perform data stewardship responsibilities for relevant user stories.
Review functionality and lead CUAT activities, including defect evaluation with SQA.
Ensure production readiness by:
Writing release notes and contributing to training documentation.
Partnering with model office teams and business users on rollout and adoption.
Delivering training for new capabilities.
Supporting production deployments.
Contribute to large-scale project implementations, including client onboarding.
Support operational changes by documenting current state, transformation initiatives, and future state models.
Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience (Performance reporting exposure preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications (CA, CFA, CIPM, CAIA, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong comfort with quantitative methods and analytical tools.
Demonstrated ability to work across business lines with strong technology insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Product Management, Change Management, or Consulting.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics concepts and applications.
Software development or technical solution experience.
Experience with project management/documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.
SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools.
