Business Analyst – LATAM Banking Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new projects and process enhancements.Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution.Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.Support the development and implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.Assist in preparing project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive alignment and clarify project objectives.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.Contribute to change management activities and help teams adapt to new processes or systems.Ensure all project requirements and deliverables meet standards for accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

Experience in business analysis, project management, or operations within banking or financial services, preferably in the LATAM region.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Adaptability to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance is a plus.
