Business Analyst - Airtable

Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of Airtable solutions for studio and production-facing teams. This role focuses on translating operational needs into scalable Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations within an Agile environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable bases, interfaces, and automationsJavaScript Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyJavaScript experience for advanced Airtable automationsExperience working with large datasets and platform integrationsFamiliarity with Airtable AI featuresExposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy)Media and entertainment industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Airtable solutions to support operational workflowsTranslate business requirements into effective Airtable-based solutionsOptimize automations and data structures to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupport integrations and large data sets in collaboration with engineering teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cyclesDevelop documentation, user guides, and best practicesProvide end-user training and ongoing support as needed
