Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Post Delivery follow Up (Supplier Performance Closure Analytics)
Responsibilities
•Track post-delivery follow-ups, open actions, and closure timelines.
•Maintain structured data for service completion, exceptions, and customer feedback.
•Provide insights on recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
•Develop and maintain supplier performance tracking dashboards monitoring observation closures, responsiveness, and post-delivery execution compliance.
•Perform aging analytics to identify delayed closures, long-pending installation activities, and unresolved supplier actions.
•Generate automated alerts and escalation triggers for high-risk or overdue supplier deliverables. (optional)
•Conduct supplier responsiveness analytics by tracking turnaround times for action items, closure confirmations, and remediation updates. (optional)
•Facilitate data-driven supplier engagement by coordinating performance review calls and escalation discussions based on analytics insights.
•Maintain centralized closure tracking repositories ensuring accurate documentation and compliance reporting.
•Analyze recurring supplier performance issues and provide insights to procurement and vendor governance teams.
•Identify automation opportunities to enhance follow-up workflows and supplier communication tracking. (optional)
•Support continuous improvement programs by leveraging closure trend data and supplier performance analytics. (optional)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s in business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering
•Exposure to ERP or project tracking platforms (SAP, Oracle, Procore, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Technical Skills
•KPI tracking and performance reporting
•Data validation and closure tracking
•Customer feedback and service performance analysis (optional)
•Dashboard and reporting automation exposure (optional)
Functional Skills
•Issue resolution tracking and closure governance
•Vendor/service performance monitoring (optional)
•Continuous improvement identification using data insights
Behavioural Skills
•Strong follow-through ownership
•Analytical and structured thinking
•Communication and reporting clarity

Analytics Tools
•Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
•Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
•ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Procore / Similar)
•Basic SQL or data querying (good to have)
•Process automation exposure (Power Automate / RPA – optional advantage)

Domain Knowledge
•Supply chain lifecycle understanding
