The role supports prioritization of digital enhancements, provides data and analytics support, and documents solutions with a focus on market trends, product growth, and improved client and employee experiences. A strong background in digital solutions and finance transformation, delivering improvements that support business efficiency and insightThe ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and manage outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic environmentStrong time management skills, balancing concurrent priorities while maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, operating effectively within cross‑discipline teamsBA or equivalent 4‑year university degree and 2–3 years’ experience in a similar or comparable roleSalary range for this position: $110,000 - $130,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
