Job responsibilities Analyze and interpret data sets from varied sources, utilizing data analytics skills to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting in support of operational and strategic initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Graduate of any 4-year course Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and providing insightful executive reporting to global C-Suite executives and stakeholders, showcasing expertise equivalent to 2+ years of experience. Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating potential scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration, with experience in working with diverse teams across an organization. Experience in providing coaching and delegation to team members, with a focus on empowering individuals and ensuring efficient achievement of objectives. Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Prior experience in Business Management is a plus Knowledge in Finance Management is a plus Proficiency in implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
