Business Administrator – AI Business OperationsAbout the Role

What You’ll Do

Software & Tools Administration

Own the day-to-day administration of third-party tools in alignment with established policies and governance standardsManage user access, permissions, and team structures across existing and newly onboarded toolsPartner with internal teams to ensure effective integration with company platforms and workflows

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the Lead Software Business Manager while building strong relationships across teamsEffectively prioritize and respond to multiple requests from stakeholders and leadershipLearn from peers and managers to grow your internal network and understanding of the organization

Project & Operational Ownership

Execute project tasks with guidance while maintaining clear accountability for your deliverablesIndependently own components of projects by asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideasCreate clear and concise status updates, reports, and documentation to support planning, decision-making, and trackingWhat We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools3+ years of experience in Business Administration, Operations, or Project Coordination rolesStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfortable operating in a fast-moving, changing environment

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

Prior experience supporting teams within a large enterprise organizationExperience administering third-party tools such as Slack, Linear, or GitHubProject management training or certifications (PMP, Agile, or similar)Why This Role

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
