Nous avons des postes qui vous permettront de consolider vos acquis et de faire avancer votre carrière au prochain niveau. **Description du poste** The BaSE (Buildings and Systems Engineering) Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of plant floor equipment by troubleshooting, calibrating, and adjusting devices as needed. The role involves addressing equipment breakdowns and ensuring their timely resolution while providing guidance to Maintenance Mechanics on completing required repairs to resolve breakdown situations. Additionally, the position assists in solving daily challenges inherent in maintaining conveyors and the facility in good working order. **Job Type:** **Full-Time, Permanent** **Work Location:** **19088 38th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3Z 1K8, Canada** **Department:** **Buildings and Systems Engineering** **Wage: $27.00/Hr.** **Available Shifts:** **4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday** **10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday** **4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday** **(Flexibility required to work occasional weekends & non-regular shifts, especially in peak season)** **Key Responsibilities** + Respond promptly to internal customer requests + Address facility alarms and emergencies effectively + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues + Conduct routine preventive maintenance to avoid potential disruptions **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering (or internationally comparable degree) + Programming experience, including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation, including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting – Preferred + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask + Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills + Basic research skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational and time management skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams **Compensation and Benefits** + Paid training + Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday + Personal paid days off (Eligibility Requirements) + 2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service (3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years) + Extended Health Care Benefits (Vision, health, life insurance, and dental benefits after one year of service) + Immediate access to UPS ‘Employee Discounts’ + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Employee Referral Bonus Program (conditions apply) + Free Onsite Parking + Opportunity for advancement within a Fortune 50 Company **Expenses/Working Conditions** + Exposed to changing temperatures when working in a warehouse environment **Additional Note** + Applications must include an updated resume.
