Building Operator
**Job Title:** Building Operator **Location:** Edmonton, AB Our client is seeking a Building Operator to join their team. As a Building Operator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting both retail and office tower properties. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of retail properties. + Oversee and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other systems. + Serve as the primary contact for tenants, customers, and contractors, ensuring exceptional service. + Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenance of the building. + Respond to tenant service requests promptly, maintaining a Best-in-Class service philosophy. **Qualifications:** + Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Ability to interpret building and mechanical drawings. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order tracking software. + Valid Alberta Driver’s license and reliable vehicle. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain hands-on experience in property management and maintenance. + Participate in an on-call rotation to enhance your skills and responsiveness. + Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence in customer service. + Be part of a company that values your contributions and encourages professional growth.
