Workers must change any time they come and go from the building. **M-F 7:00 - 3:30 Very occasional on call could arise.** CBRE is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, monitoring and repairs on building systems including mechanical and electrical components. (Light, plumbing, carpentry and electrical/ lighting. This role supports energy efficiency, ensures compliance with safety codes. Ideal candidates have basic mechanical experience, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Review assigned work orders and update CMMS (SI7) with job status updates and completion notes + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing Fire Life Safety equipment, building codes and safety laws. + Experience with Dock Doors, Levelers, and restraints is preferred. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. + Exchange information in a clear, concise manner. + Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. + Deliver own output by following procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
