**Job Title: Lead Technician** Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work and teamwork? Join us as a Lead Technician, where your skills in painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry will help prepare homes for new residents and keep our community running smoothly. You’ll be based at a mix use complex in Guilderland, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
