As a repair tech, you will be part of the maintenance department maintaining and repairing small outbuildings. The ideal candidate will have some carpentry, power tool, roofing experience and a valid license as you will be required to drive the company vehicle. **Job Title: Field Maintenance tech** **Location: Albany Area** **Pay Range: $22-$24** **What’s the Job?** Max of 5 + Repair fabricate wooden doors latches + Replace/ repair shingles (low height) + Basic painting + Replace rotted or broken wooden boards- **What’s Needed?** + All around carpentry exp.
