**Building Maintenance Mechanic on First shift** **Job Description** The Building Maintenance Technician is a direct hire position focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facilities to ensure smooth and efficient production. This role offers a unique opportunity to train in industrial maintenance, including working with PLCs, providing a path to higher pay rates. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility machinery and systems. + Ensure all tools and equipment operate safely and efficiently. + Minimize downtime by ensuring the facility remains operational at all times. + Perform tasks such as changing filters, working on the roof, and outdoor maintenance. + Be on-call during weekends to address building maintenance needs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in facility and building maintenance. + Proficiency in HVAC systems, plumbing, and hydraulics. + Ability to work with filters and other maintenance-related tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. + 2+ years of experience in building maintenance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
