Technical Operations & Leadership

Supervise daily building operationsMonitor, operate, and maintain critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security and other common areas systemsConduct, track and implement regular inspections and preventive maintenance programsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime

Tenant Services & Issue Resolution

Respond to tenant complaints and service requests in a timely and professional mannerInvestigate and resolve building system malfunctions affecting tenant operationsCoordinate emergency response procedures and communicate with tenants during incidentsMaintain high standards of tenant satisfaction through proactive service delivery

Vendor Management & Coordination

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair worksReview and approve vendor work scope, schedules, and methodologiesConduct site inspections and verify completion of vendor works to required standardsSign off on completed works ensuring compliance with specifications and safety requirements

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare incident and technical reports on building performance and maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairsDocument incident reports and corrective actions takenPrepare budget forecasts and expenditure reports for technical operations

Regulatory Compliance & Authority Liaison

Ensure building operations comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standardsLiaise with relevant authorities for inspections, permits, and compliance mattersCoordinate statutory testing and certification requirementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting building operations

Stakeholder Communication

Participate in regular meetings with landlord team and property managementProvide technical input for strategic planning and capital improvement projectsMaintain ongoing communication through various channelsPrepare presentations and technical briefings for management review

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical fieldExperience in team leadership, vendor management, authority liaisonProven problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

·       Strong hands on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, vertical transport, BAS, ELV)

·       Proficiency in building management systems and maintenance software

·       Technical trouble shooting

Personal attributes

Has good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skillsPossesses positive aura and proactive attitudeEnergetic and performance focused
