Description:

If you're looking for steady, year-round work and have hands-on experience in building engineering, this is the position for you! A major 1 million square foot operations facility needs a highly skilled Building Engineer to join the team. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work with advanced systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation technologies. Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.Operate and maintain building systems including air conditioning and refrigeration units.Monitor, adjust, and work with modern building automation systems.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and facility requirements.Support general building operations in a large, mission-critical environment.

Essential Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in building engineering involving maintenance, repair, and system operation.Third-grade Engineer License required.Strong ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.Solid troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.EPA Universal CFC License required.OSHA 10 certification preferred (training can be provided).Experience working on federal or military facilities is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
