Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and fire safety systems. Ensure all building operations comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Implement and support preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency. Perform emergency repairs and troubleshoot complex building system issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. HVAC experience and EPA 608 License preferred; certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdiction. Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems. Ability to analyze information, exercise judgment, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.What's in it for me?
