Join our team as a Building Engineer, where you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, service, and preventative maintenance of our facilities equipment. This position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilities for emergencies after hours and on weekends.
ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, service, and preventative maintenance on facilities equipment.Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including heating equipment, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, VAVs, and rooftop units.Handle mechanical tasks involving valves, compressors, pumps, steam stations, and motors.Conduct plumbing maintenance on fixtures, toilets, urinals, flush valves, sinks, and more.Address electrical issues with lights, outlets, breakers, and generators.
Essential Skills5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance for commercial and/or industrial properties.Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Experience in the operation, maintenance, and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, and water systems.Strong troubleshooting and predictive maintenance skills.EPA Universal certification.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.Valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.30 - $34.43/hr.
