Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Building Technician with experience in multi-tenant office buildings and water source heat pumps. This role requires a strong experience in general maintenance. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds, working under limited supervision. This position requires proficiency in several trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.Perform assigned repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks.Complete maintenance and repair records as required.Maintain the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
