**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician Shift: 1st Pay:$28-$35** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, monitoring and maintaining building automation systems (BAS/BMS), and responding promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Monitor and maintain building automation systems (BAS/BMS). + Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. + Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. + Assist in energy management and sustainability initiatives. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms and workspaces. + Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. **Essential Skills** + Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or a related field. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean driving record. + Experience with carpentry, painting, and drywall. + Skills in troubleshooting and facilities maintenance. **Why Work Here** Join a dynamic team where you can grow your skills and advance your career.
