**Job Posting: HVAC Maintenance Technician** **Job Title:** HVAC Maintenance Technician **Job Description:** Join our team as an HVAC Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems within a college campus. You will repair and maintain fan coil units, building loops, pumps, heat exchangers, and forced air components, while also identifying maintenance tasks or risks and coordinating with HVAC service contractors for repairs and installations. Documenting maintenance activities using CMMS is crucial, and you will also be involved in basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and miscellaneous maintenance activities as needed. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems. + Repair and maintain fan coil units, building loops, pumps, heat exchangers, and forced air components. + Identify maintenance tasks or risks. + Coordinate with HVAC service contractors for repairs and installations. + Document maintenance activities using CMMS. + Perform basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and miscellaneous maintenance activities. **Essential Skills:** + Commercial HVAC maintenance experience. + Facility maintenance experience. + Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. + EPA certification (Type 1, Type 2, Universal) preferred. + Professionalism and customer service. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Formal training in HVAC maintenance. + Facility maintenance experience in a school, hospital, or corporate campus. + Ability to perform maintenance tasks not directly related to HVAC such as painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical. + Capable of working in a dynamic environment. **Why Work Here?** This role offers opportunities for raises and promotion, along with excellent benefits for you and your family. **Work Environment:** You will be working on a college campus from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You must be willing to respond to emergencies or work up to 16 hours in the event of emergencies or special projects. **Job Type & Location:** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. **Pay Rate:** **Competitive pay starting at $28 per hour, with opportunities for raises and advancement.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
