Our client is a highly successful firm that specializes in supporting municipal, commercial, institutional, private development, and residential projects. A Building Designer/Project Manager transforms client concepts into practical, buildable designs while managing budgets, timelines, and project requirements. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** + Create detailed building and interior plans using Revit and related design software. + Interpret building codes, regulations, and architect/engineer instructions. + Coordinate designs with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams. + Prepare drawings for foundations, buildings, and structures. + Conduct jobsite visits to collect design data. + Determine required materials and quantities. + Support project teams with cost estimates, contracts, and documentation. + Meet with clients to define project scope and provide updates. + Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with professional and industry standards. + Manage consultants, monitor project progress, and support construction observation. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. + 5+ years of relevant experience.
