We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Technician with over five years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field. This role requires a valid Driver’s License and a willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 80% of the time. ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure advanced building automation controls using WebCTRL and related software.Deploy and integrate mission-critical systems using BACnet and Modbus protocols.Utilize construction/commissioning tracking platforms such as CX Alloy, Procore, and Autodesk Build.Navigate and integrate into diverse building automation systems effectively.Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.Collaborate within a team environment and engage with diverse challenges across multiple disciplines.Essential SkillsProficiency in building automation systems and HVAC systems.Expertise in automation software and electrical field controls.Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree, Associate degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.Experience with mission-critical EPMS deployments using BACnet and Modbus protocols.Capability to interact with software daily, modifying and manipulating sequences as necessary.Work EnvironmentThe position is based at a Data Center Job Site, requiring frequent interaction with software engineering and design engineering teams. Technicians are expected to have hands-on experience with making changes or creating new sequences to meet project needs. The environment offers growth opportunities, especially within software engineering and design engineering.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
