Job Title: Building Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing daily cleaning of common areas, monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, and acting as a liaison between management and building guests.

ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.Monitor and report maintenance issues including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.Carry out janitorial duties such as garbage disposal and general facility upkeep.Sweep and mop floors regularly.Maintain the upkeep of the grounds and building exteriors.Serve as a liaison between management teams and building guests.Essential SkillsProficiency in cleaning, janitorial, and custodial tasks.Possession of a valid driver's license.Experience in facilities maintenance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work on-site at Broadway 385 in Saratoga Springs. The shift is from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, with potential work on Sundays if there is an event. Two weekdays generally have hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, focusing on janitorial tasks. The role requires flexibility for potential 2nd shift hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
