**Job Title: Transmission Rebuild Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated technicians to expertly tear down and rebuild transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. This role requires precision and mechanical aptitude to ensure quality assembly and maintenance of automotive components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Successfully tear down and rebuild transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials.
+ Utilize hand, power, and pneumatic tools effectively.
+ Adhere to quality standards during assembly processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience with hand and power tools.
+ Strong understanding of automotive assembly and mechanical components.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical background or interest in gears and transmission systems is preferred but not mandatory.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a manufacturing environment, featuring an assembly line dedicated to transmission tear downs. Additional duties may involve warehouse operations such as receiving and shipping products. The facility currently operates with a team of 22 employees and is expanding with 8 new openings. Employees are required to wear jeans, steel-toed boots, and either a shirt or sweatshirt. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
