Job Description Summary

The Broker Specialist/Associate will serve as dedicated broker support to a single fee-earner and/or team. This licensed position is responsible for support and management of client service activities, providing superior marketing, research and administrative support critical to the overall success of the broker(s). The Broker Specialist will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the fee-earner to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients. In this capacity, the Brokerage Specialist will be viewed as a direct line of communications to the fee-earner themselves.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Broker Specialist/Associate will serve as dedicated broker support to a single fee-earner and/or team. This licensed position is responsible for support and management of client service activities, providing superior marketing, research and administrative support critical to the overall success of the broker(s). The Broker Specialist will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the fee-earner to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients. In this capacity, the Brokerage Specialist will be viewed as a direct line of communications to the fee-earner themselves.
 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

·Track Opportunities, Listings, and Deal-Related Expenses·Maintain and update CRM system per guidelines with new opportunities by working with fee-earners and Client·Collect expense reimbursement documents, such as receipts, and other information from fee-earners, Associates, and/or Client Coordinators·Review and prepare representation, commission, and listing agreements and other documents ·Track and monitor the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team members·Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables·Review and analyze lease/sale documents ·Work with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts as it pertains to promotion of specific listings·Create and edit the content of marketing materials and presentations to include flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, and website content using PowerPoint and/or InDesign ·Coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinion of value·Maintain team and property web pages ·Plan and support client and local C&W events ·Prepare internal monthly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts for available properties, companies currently targeting, etc.·Coordinates brokers communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients·Perform basic data gathering, such as property searches and site selections, on behalf of fee-earner as appropriate·Abstract leases and draft proposals with direction from supervising C&W real estate professional·Execute property tours, including coordination with fee-earner and/or licensed professional, scheduling meeting with prospect, and arranging any other accommodations that may be required·Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calling and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities ·Attend client meetings as requested·Manage or execute special projects, as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree0-3 years’ experience in real estate or related fieldExcellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materialsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteDetail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independentlyDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 53,210.00 - $62,600.00
