Job Description

The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

Brokerage Support for the Central Business District Philadelphia Brokers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Brokerage Support

Database managementSalesforce and CRM managementCoordination of deal entry/management of pipelineBrokerage EventsCostar and LoopNet ReportingResearch supportEvent planning

Marketing and Graphics:

Pitch materialsClient reportingMapping and AerialsAssistance with editing Signage, E-blasts, Brochures, and Marketing BoardsCase StudiesAssist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)

May assist with office operations/administrative duties as assigned.

Reporting relationship

Role will report to the following:

Market Operations Manager

Metrics

Role will be evaluated on the following:

Accuracy of produced documentsTimeliness of produced documentsCommunication and collaboration with other team members

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience should include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field2-5 years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)Experience in InDesign and Photoshop a plusDatabase management

Strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitask & operate in a fast paced environmentAbility to take direction from multiple sourcesHighly organized and good project management skillsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstaclesTeam player attitude
