**Job Description:**
**Job Summary**
We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

**What will you do in a day?**
+ Contact customers to obtain the necessary information for customs clearance.
+ Ensure all documentation complies with EU customs regulations.
+ Communicate clearly with customers about duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures.
+ Maintain accurate records of communications and customs clearance documents.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely clearance of shipments.

**What do we expect from you?**
+ Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred
+ Completion of secondary education (12th grade) – preferred
+ Fluency in Portuguese
+ Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Results-oriented
+ Problem-solving skills
+ Team spirit
+ Working hours: 17:00–21:00, Monday to Friday
