상업용 오피스 프로젝트 임대 컨설팅 자문 업무주요 클라이언트에 대한 주도적인 커뮤니케이션에 중점을 둔 모든 정보/서비스/제안서/보고서, 마켓인사이트 제공 및 관리고객사의 오피스 빌딩에 임차인 입주 업무 관리 및 협상. 비용 절감 기회, 옵션 제공 및 선정, LOI 초안 작성, 임대 검토 및 요약, 재무 모델링, 임대인-임차인 관계 조율최상의 결과 도출을 위한 부동산 포트폴리오 관리 및 컨설팅 업무영어 커뮤니케이션을 통한 고객사 담당자 및 브로커(로컬/글로벌) 과의 지속적인 연락 담당 및 조율 업무고객사의 오피스 및 산업용 부동산의 이전 및 재계약 시 발생하는 재무적 요소에 대한 캐시플로우 검토적극적인 영업 및 솔루션 제안을 통한 매출 확대고위 경영진을 서포트하여 글로벌 고객 유치, 제안서 작성, 네트워킹 이벤트 참여, 웨비나 등 다양한 마케팅 활동을 통한 새로운 고객사 확보 업무전반적인 시장에 대한 컨설팅 업무전속 고객사 관리 및 보고고객사 데이터베이스 관리자격요건 및 우대사항
부동산, 비즈니스, 커뮤니케이션, 금융 또는 기타 관련 분야의 학사 학위를 보유하신 분부동산 인더스트리 및 글로벌 자문사 유사 경력 우대 2~5년매우 우수한 수준 이상의 영어 구사가 가능하신 분조직적이며 디테일 포커스 된 성향을 지니신 분우수한 의사 소통 능력을 보유하신 분긍정적인 사고 능력과 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분우수한 멀티 태스킹 능력을 보유하신 분, 마이크로소프트 프로그램에 대한 숙련도와 산업별 데이터베이스 및 소프트웨어를 배우고 운용할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분About the Role
Advisory services for commercial office project leasing consultingProvision and management of all information/ services/ proposals/ reports and market insights, with a focus on proactive communication with key clientsManagement and negotiation of tenant move-ins for client-owned office building, including identifying cost-saving opportunities, presenting, and selecting options, drafting LOIs, lease review and summaries, financial modeling, and coordination of landlord-tenant relationsReal estate portfolio management and consulting to achieve optimal outcomesOngoing coordination and communication with client representatives and brokers (local/ global) through English communicationCash flow analysis of financial factors related to client relocations and lease renewals for office and industrial real estateRevenue growth through proactive sales and solution proposals, participating in networking events and webinars, and acquiring new clients through various marketing activities.Consulting on the overall real estate marketManagement and reporting of exclusive client accountsClient database managementAbout youBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or other related fieldsPrior experience in the real estate industry or with global advisory firms preferred With 2–5 years’ experienceExcellent command of English, both written and spokenHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent multitasking skills, proficiency in MS programs, and the ability to learn and operate industry-specific databases and softwareWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
