Job Responsibilities:

Escort and assist external media in the filming or coverage of broadcast projects - including coordination with internal departments to facilitate the media visit and filming, and completing the filming schedule.

Assist Broadcast Associate Producers & Broadcast Producers in the preparation of up-coming film shoots or coordination in the shoots.

Support internal productions and broadcast marketing projects by assisting in the filming and coordination.

Requirement:

Secondary education or above

Minimum 4 years of Creative agency/ production house/ TV network experience

Relevant experience in broadcast filming and production management preferred.

Knowledge and familiarity with the products and facilities of HKDL is highly preferred.

Able to work independently with excellent problem solving skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience would be considered as Broadcast Assistant
