Provide production support and development for BRM-based applications in a cloud environment.

Good working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.

Support enhancements, minor development, and bug fixes as part of ongoing releases.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and SLA adherence.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
