Your success is our success\. **Description** JOB SUMMARY: Perform breakout and tool prep operations on composite parts and tools after curing process\. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works under the guidance of lead to perform breakout and tool prep operations per schedule\. * Prep tools with releasing agent and uses knifes and scrappers to remove any debris left from previous part\. Stage tool for layup operations\. * Removed tools and parts from oven after curing process is complete\. * Removes all bagging material from part and tool and removes part form tool with use of basic hand tools such as shim and hammer\. * Delivers and stages parts in next operation area\. **Qualifications** EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification and Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading class preferred\. EXPERIENCE: 6 months of composites or related experience\. Working Conditions: Somewhat disagreeable working conditions with exposure to dust, noise, heat, fumes and liquids\.
