**Job Title: Brake Press Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Brake Press Operator, where you will be responsible for operating a brake press machine to cut various materials for trucks. You will utilize various hand tools such as screwdrivers and drills to aid in the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain brake press machines, including Amada RG-50, Amada RG-80, Amada HG-3103, Amada Astro 100, Di-acro machines, and manual back gauges. + Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to produce components with tight tolerances using lasers, punches, and press brakes. + Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers and drills for fabrication tasks. + Ensure precision in the manufacturing process by adhering to specified dimensions and tolerances. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating various brake press machines. + Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints. + Experience in using hand tools in a manufacturing environment. + Minimum of 1 year experience in operating brake press machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have steel-toed boots. + Comfortable with lifting 50 pounds on a daily basis. **Why Work Here?** Experience the close-knit atmosphere of a small to medium-sized shop, where managers know each employee by name and are committed to career growth and conversion opportunities for all employees. **Work Environment** Work in an industrial fabrication shop with welding and machine operating activities.
