Job Description

As a Brazer, you will utilize various skills to produce high-quality commercial HVAC equipment and meet the needs of your customers. You will assemble a variety of components and subassemblies, starting from basic components to a completed piece of equipment, with quality inspections built into each step.

Shift and Pay

1st Shift - Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

or

1st Shift - Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm

Pay: $20-$24/hr

ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned product manufacturing and brazing responsibilities.Conduct brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials.Clean, degrease, and properly prepare surfaces to be brazed, ensuring optimal adhesion.Assemble parts in preparation for brazing, ensuring components are aligned and properly fitted.Utilize a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and system within the customer equipment.Fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment, following drawings and schematics for dimensional requirements.Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process.Complete shop paperwork and records to ensure that equipment is built in accordance with manufacturing and customer requirements.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Comply with safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment.Essential SkillsBlueprint readingBrazing and welding experienceMechanical assembly skills1+ years of brazing or welding experienceDiploma/GEDPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
