About this team

The Brand & Community team is responsible for leading the integrated, cross-functional marketing process with the goal of increasing the awareness, preference and demand for our brand and products over time. 


Reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager, this person will bring global/regional brand plan to life in a way that is both distinctly lululemon, and uniquely local. You lead campaigns, social plans, local projects, experiences and build a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth, brand awareness and long-term brand love.  You are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and enthusiastic delivery of KPI’s. Through engaging and innovative online and offline storytelling this role will be accountable for inspiring, educating and challenging guests to deliver against traffic, revenue and brand awareness goals. 


A day in the life 

Support Brand Manger to develop and deliver into the brand and business objectives through key brand initiatives and projects Lead the development and execution of the local social media strategy supporting campaigns, ensuring alignment with the global/regional social strategy, brand priorities, and market objectivesOversee partnerships with agencies, and content creators, identifying gaps, efficiencies and opportunities  Drive a deep understanding of consumer segments (insights) and messaging hierarchy for project initiatives Deliver and track budget and key KPIs, and collate results into regular reporting and actionable insightsCollaborate closely with platform partners and global/regional social leadership to identify emerging trends, platform innovations and best practices, translating this work into actionable plans to enhance our presence 


Qualifications:
You are passionate about sports, health and well-being. You’re someone who wants to grow as a person and thrive in a culture of leadership development and goal setting 3+ years brand, social or integrated marketing background Effective written, presentation and communication skills (English and Korean)Have strengths in strategic planning, analytic skills or consumer insights research Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environmentSports marketing or PR experience is a PlusConsumer Brand Management experience at a cutting edge, high growth, influential global brand is a plus
