Amazon Music is seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team. You will play a critical role in overseeing and executing projects and operations to support the growth and success of our brand.
Amazon Music’s Global Brand Marketing team is focused on driving awareness of and engagement with our digital music and audio service. Key job responsibilities
*Oversee and manage operational aspects of the brand marketing organization
* Develop and implement project plans and timelines to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of brand marketing initiatives
* Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks
* Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for brand growth
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects
* Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
* Create and maintain project and team wide budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline project management and operations
* Guide team members, providing support and guidance on project management best practices
* Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform project strategy and execution
* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulations
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
A day in the life
As a Global Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing systems and strategies while executing and optimizing results-oriented programs and initiatives that drive awareness of and engagement with Amazon Music. This work may include project management, quarterly reporting, budget reviews, and development and implementation of new operationalization mechanisms. This position will actively engage with, or lead elements of full brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your creative marketing skills and passion for music, while experiencing the excitement and global growth of the streaming world.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- 5+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, leading cross-functional initiatives in marketing or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing operations or program management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans driving measurable brand growth and business impact
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring project metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven process improvements
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality results
- Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape, with ability to apply insights to inform strategy and execution
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
