As we continue to bring the best of British dairy to every table, we’re offering a unique opportunity to invite not one, but two marketers, to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering two maternity leaves (Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager).

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

Acting as a custodian of quality across all brand touchpoints – from our cheese and packaging to digital brand assets.Leading or supporting the annual brand planning process, helping to shape compelling strategies and impactful presentations.Developing and tracking FY26/FY27 campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand tone of voice and deliver on key performance indicators such as share of voice, penetration, and brand equity.Driving innovation by leading launches and co-creating a 3-year innovation pipeline informed by insights and consumer trends.Launching new products and supporting chilled licensing and branded partnerships.Monitoring brand performance, identifying opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth.Contributing to financial planning through monthly A&P forecasting and input into the annual budget process.Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, packaging, commercial, and external partners to deliver initiatives that resonate with consumers and drive business impact.Optimising key platforms such as Best of British and High Protein to increase sales, improve rate of sale, and protect distribution.Supporting commercial teams with tailored rollout plans and compelling rationale to secure and grow listings.
