Brand Manager - Value Added/Sauces Portfolio
**Location:** Head Office – Gurgaon, India **About the Role:** We’re looking for a Brand Manager - Value Added/Sauces Portfolio to contribute to business strategy and lead end‑to‑end brand marketing programs. You will drive consumer insight–led plans, steer innovation & renovation (I\&R) projects, and partner closely with Demand Planning and CDT to deliver an Integrated Commercial Plan that accelerates growth and market share. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Build annual brand plans** aligned to the business plan—covering historical/category analysis, consumer‑brand diagnostics, competitive moves, and spend effectiveness. + **Own the Integrated Commercial Plan** with Demand Planners and CDT; sync ATL with RTM/BTL to deliver cohesive execution across channels. + **Lead I\&R (EMS process)** : concepting and testing, SAP initiation, marketing inputs to product development, regulatory, 60/40+, industrialization, approvals, and launch excellence. + **Orchestrate cross‑functional readiness** with Application Group, Supply Chain, and Packaging/Raw Materials to ensure first‑time-right production for NPDs. + **Run performance and consumer tracking** —market trends, share evolution, activity post‑evals, Nielsen/panel/ad track analyses, copy validation, and consumer immersions. + **Manage brand communications & activations** —agency briefs to production for ATL; BTL promotions, POS development; coordinate closely with CCSD and HO/branches for flawless execution. + **Drive competitive intelligence** on communication, promotion, pricing, and sensory evaluation vs. competition; track PFME across the year. **Qualifications & Experience** + **Education:** Post‑graduate degree in Business Management (Marketing). + **Experience:** At least 1- 2 years in marketing/brand management or adjacent areas + **Capabilities:** Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals, P\&L basics, and research methods; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfort with change. + **Leadership Behaviors:** Results Focus, Insight, Service Orientation, Impact & Influence, Curiosity, Courage, and Proactive Cooperation.
