Brand Manager Lead - Rare Diseases

From Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Brand Manager Lead – Rare Diseases for a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the local brand strategy within the Rare Diseases area, ensuring alignment with country objectives, local regulations and internal procedures. Adapt and implement global and regional strategies into local marketing plans and executable tactics. Translate brand strategy into marketing campaigns, projects, promotional tools and digital initiatives. Coordinate national and regional projects, congress participation, events and scientific meetings. Support and collaborate closely with Medical, Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. Contribute local market insights to regional and global teams and act as a key point of contact for global initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical experts and stakeholders. Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. Track campaign performance and brand KPIs, monitor market trends and competitive activity. Contribute to the preparation and execution of future marketing and commercial launches in Rare Diseases.Skills & Qualifications
University degree required; Master’s degree in biotechnology, business, marketing or a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Spain in commercial and/or marketing roles. Proven success in commercial and market access activities for biopharmaceutical products. Experience in Rare Diseases or specialty care environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional and field-based teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability and results orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiation abilities. High level of integrity, collaboration and stakeholder management capability. Ability to build trust and work effectively with healthcare professionals at different levels. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
