ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lilly is excited to bring new innovation to the field of Cardiometabolic Health (CMH). In this role you as Brand Manager for CMH in Denmark, will play a pivotal part in leading the launch readiness process and the subsequent launch of Lilly’s next innovation within CMH.

You will work closely with the established CMH Brand Teams and other cross-functional partners to ensure affiliate readiness in line with global and regional launch frameworks. As the central hub for cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that all components of the launch are fully aligned and executed with excellence.

Success in this role will be enabled by fostering a CMH franchise mindset and strengthening a Team Lilly culture rooted in trust, empowerment, and accountability across both office-based and field-based teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – LAUNCH READINESS:

Lead the affiliate launch readiness process in partnership with Nordic colleagues and global/regional launch leaders. Act as brand team leader and central orchestrator for cross functional teams.Collaborate with Market Access and Government Affairs to understand the evolving external environment.Ensure planned launch activities are executed with high quality and aligned to Brand Launch Guidance.Coordinate cross functional Affiliate Launch Readiness Meetings to track readiness against KPIs, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans. Prepare proactively and deliver high quality input for Nordic launch readiness reviews.

ADDITIONAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – BRAND MANAGEMENT:

Shape and evolve brand strategies by actively engaging with the external environment, including customer insights, market trends, and the evolving therapeutic landscapeChampion innovative approaches to brand execution, working cross functional to deliver meaningful customer experiences.Build trusted, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. Seek out and drive opportunities for innovation and collaboration across the Nordics and the NE Hub to increase efficiency, scale best practices, and unlock new ways of working.Take full ownership of projects and programs from ideation through approval, lifecycle management, and retirement.Lead with integrity and ensure full adherence to compliance standards in all activities.Model strong leadership aligned with the Team Lilly framework—focusing on our shared purpose and expectations: Include, Innovate, Accelerate, Deliver.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience; launch experience preferred.Cardiometabolic Health experience (beneficial but not required).Experience developing multichannel and digital campaigns.Proficiency with Veeva (VVPM), PMAP, and local pharma code.Fluent in English and Danish language
