Overview The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the Pepsi and Mountain Dew brands in Korea. This role will deliver sustainable brand growth, drive profitable share gain, and build strong equity by developing and executing winning strategies. Also, one of the critical part of this role is managing close collaboration with our Bottler partner (Lotte Chilsung) to ensure seamless execution in-market. Responsibilities What you will be responsible for: Strategic Leadership Identify key consumer and market insights to define brand growth strategies. Deliver annual operating plan (AOP) targets for volume, share, revenue, and profit while strengthening long-term brand equity. Develop and execute holistic brand strategies and marketing plans, leveraging PepsiCo system knowledge and best practices across brand building, portfolio management, innovation, design, pricing, and activation. Build and drive clear brand communications strategy, ensuring effective briefs and delivery with external agencies. Represent the CSD category within the organization, aligning local execution with regional and global PepsiCo strategies. Executional Excellence Manage execution of campaigns and activations (creative development, production, media, promotions, sell-in) to deliver impactful consumer engagement and sales growth. Oversee launches with disciplined project management, cross-functional alignment (Sales, Shopper, Category, R&D, Finance), and post-launch evaluation. Track and report brand performance, budgets, and ROI with proactive identification of risks, issues, and opportunities. Ensure best-in-class execution in-market through ongoing collaboration with Bottler and agency partners (media, creative, research, activation, packaging). Bottler Relationship & Commercial Alignment Act as the primary brand liaison with Bottler (Lotte Chilsung) to build trust, transparency, and joint accountability. Align brand strategies and priorities with Bottler leadership to ensure effective in-market execution across distribution, availability, visibility, and promotional activation. Co-develop and drive execution of innovation launches and promotional programs with Bottler, ensuring speed, quality, and impact in market. Qualifications What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree ( Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) 5+ years’ experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry. Proven track record of managing campaigns, brand activations, and cross-functional projects. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders including Bottler, agencies, and internal teams. Fluent in both Korean and English (written & spoken).
